Copyright of all photographs and other materials or media created by Gordon Sleigh shall belong to Gordon Sleigh as first and sole owner and Gordon Sleigh shall remain the sole owner of any and all Photographs or any and all materials used or to be used in relation to production or reproduction of said Photographs including all digital reproduction(s) as well as all copyright therein.

Photographs are provided for personal, non-exclusive, non-resale use only. Permission is provided for personal reproduction and small-scale self-promotional material (i.e. Hero Cards, non-paid Magazine articles, etc) No for-profit printing or use (Calendars, paid publication, posters, etc) will be permitted without express arrangement with the photographer. Images posted in digital format for public access either via the Internet or other distribution medium shall be of resolutions no higher than 800pixels by the long edge except via arrangement with the photographer.
